Momentum: Daily Practices to Build Your Business & Thrive

For years, I’d been creating content. Podcast interviews with business leaders. Recorded coaching sessions with entrepreneurs. Workshop presentations on execution and consistency. Hours and hours of valuable frameworks, insights, and strategies, all trapped in audio files and messy transcripts.

I knew this content could help people. I knew it deserved a more accessible format. And I absolutely knew I should turn it into a book.

But every time I looked for software to turn podcast into book, I could not find the tool I needed.

There are tools that provide transcripts. Although the transcripts are technically accurate, they read like someone talking. Because that’s exactly what they are. Filler words everywhere. Sentences that ramble. Ideas that jump around. Verbal tics that work fine in audio but don’t read like a book.

Cleaning up even one transcript takes time. Turning eleven of them into cohesive book chapters? That is overwhelming.

So I did what entrepreneurs do when faced with a problem that won’t go away: I built a solution for podcast content repurposing AI.

THE REAL PROBLEM: TRANSFORMATION, NOT TRANSCRIPTION

I didn’t need another transcription service. Those already existed, and they worked fine.

What I needed was transformation. A way to take conversational content and restructure it into readable, publishable prose without spending 200+ hours doing it manually.

I needed something that could:

  • Remove the “ums” and “you knows” that plague spoken content
  • Reorganize rambling explanations into clear frameworks
  • Maintain my authentic voice while improving readability
  • Apply consistent formatting across multiple chapters
  • Handle citations and references properly
  • Work faster than I could ever work alone

That’s why I created PodToBook.ai. Not as a business idea first. As a solution to my own execution problem.

THE PROOF OF CONCEPT: THE DAILY MILESTONE

Once I had a working prototype of PodToBook.ai, I needed to test it properly. Not on random content, but on something that mattered. Something I actually wanted to publish.

That’s when I created The Daily Milestone podcast.

I recorded eleven episodes, each one focused on a specific practice for entrepreneurs struggling with the execution gap. Small wins. Decision fatigue. Energy management. The Monday Reset. Practical, actionable frameworks based on years of mentoring entrepreneurs through SCORE and my own consulting work.

The first episode served as the introduction. Each episode that followed was 10-30 minutes of conversational content. Me, explaining concepts the way I’d explain them to a client or mentee. Natural. Authentic. Not scripted or polished.

Then I ran them through PodToBook.ai.

THE PROCESS: TURNING CONVERSATIONS INTO CHAPTERS

Step 1: Upload and Transcribe
I uploaded each MP3 file. The AI transcribed the audio with impressive accuracy, capturing context along with words.

Step 2: PodToBook.ai Transformation

This is where PodToBook.ai did what I built it to do. I pasted my podcast RSS feed into the platform. It automatically transcribed my episodes and transformed each one into a polished, readable chapter of approximately 5,000 words.

This wasn’t cleaned-up transcripts. The AI rewrote conversational audio into actual book content, maintaining my voice while restructuring everything for readability. Each episode became a properly formatted chapter, complete with:

  • Conversational content transformed into trade book style
  • Filler words and verbal redundancies removed
  • Ideas organized into clear, scannable sections
  • Short paragraphs and active voice throughout
  • Consistent formatting across all eleven chapters

Within 2 hours, I received my complete manuscript in PDF, DOCX, and EPUB formats. What would have required weeks of manual editing happened automatically.

This is where PodToBook.ai did what I built it to do. I pasted my podcast RSS feed into the platform. It automatically transcribed my episodes and transformed each one into a polished, readable chapter of approximately 5,000 words.

Within two hours, I received my complete manuscript in DOCX formats in my inbox. What would have required weeks of manual editing happened automatically.

Step 3: Human Refinement

Now I had a manuscript in hand, but PodToBook.ai doesn’t do everything. The platform transforms your content, but you still need to prepare it for publication.

I reviewed every chapter to proofread and add citations. Then I formatted the text and created the front and back matter: table of contents, copyright page, dedication and disclaimer page, and the about the author page. What would have taken months manually took hours with PodToBook.ai handling the transformation.

THE RESULT: A PUBLISHED BOOK

Once the manuscript was formatted, I created a cover and uploaded everything to Amazon.

Eleven chapters. Over 150 pages of actionable content. Proper academic citations. Trade book formatting. My authentic voice preserved throughout. Think of it like having an extremely efficient assistant who never gets tired, applies rules with perfect consistency, works 24/7, and costs a fraction of hiring a ghostwriter.

But here’s what matters more than the finished product: the book exists.

Without PodToBook.ai, I would have kept “planning to write a book someday.” I would have let those transcripts sit in my files, occasionally opening them, feeling overwhelmed, and closing them again.

The execution gap I write about in the book? I would have fallen right into it.

Instead, I built a tool that bridges that gap. Not just for me, but for every podcaster, consultant, speaker, and coach who has valuable content trapped in the wrong format.

WHY THIS MATTERS FOR YOUR CONTENT

If you’re a podcaster, consultant, speaker, or coach, you already have a book inside you.

It’s sitting in your podcast archives. Your recorded webinars. Your workshop transcripts. Your client training sessions. Your conference presentations.

The content exists. The insights are there. You’ve already done the hard work of developing your frameworks and testing them with real audiences.

What’s stopping you isn’t lack of content. It’s the execution gap between “I should write a book” and holding a published book in your hands.

That’s exactly why I built PodToBook.ai. Because I had that gap myself, and I was tired of letting valuable content gather digital dust.

YOUR BOOK IS ALREADY 80% DONE

You don’t need months and a ghostwriter. You need a system that transforms what you’ve already created into a new format.

Ready to see what your podcast could become?

Your content deserves to reach more people. Your expertise deserves a book.
