• Track and fulfill your orders

We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond essential service communications.

Payment Processing

All payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not handle, store, or have access to your payment card information directly. Stripe maintains industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data.

Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information and generated content:

• Secure Cloud Infrastructure: All data is stored and processed using Google Cloud Platform's enterprise-grade security infrastructure
• Secure Content Delivery: Generated books are delivered through secure, encrypted links that automatically expire after 7 days of the product delivery for your protection

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. Our service operates without implementing tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools that monitor your browsing behavior.

The only cookies we may use are:

• Essential functional cookies: Required for basic service functionality (such as maintaining your login session, credits purchased, and selected episodes.)
• Authentication cookies: Necessary for Google sign-in functionality

We do not use cookies to:

Data Retention

• Email addresses: Retained only while your account is active and for 15 days after account deletion to handle any service-related issues
• Order history: Maintained for record-keeping and customer service purposes
• Generated content: Delivered via secure links that expire after 7 days; we do not retain copies of your generated books or previews beyond this delivery period
• Podcast URLs and content: Processed for service delivery and then deleted from our active systems once the preview or book is generated. Each time you run the service it has to refetch and reprocess the content.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 15 days, except where required to retain certain data for legal compliance.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent: Opt out of non-essential communications
• No tracking: Since we don't use tracking cookies, there's nothing to opt out of in terms of behavioral tracking
